Day 1

              After we had arrived at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport, we were waiting for national students in A&W restaurant Terminal 2. We were playing cards and eating. Then, we went to visit GMF (Garuda Maintenance Flight). We observed and listened to the explanation of how to maintain a plane and observed the process. GMF is a big company. It's totally huge place. The area of that place is around 115 hectares. They have been repairing since 1949. They have got around 3000 employees. For the treatment, it needs 24 hours / one day. Their client are companies( airplane companies) such as Garuda Indonesia, Mandala, Merpati, Air Asia, etc. Their vision is to be MRAO where as their mission is to repairing the quality of airplanes and safety is the most important. Actually, the don't have any competitors for this time. They imported their materials. Apron is the place to parked the plane. GMF is divided into 3 big building. First building is a big treatment and needs 1 month. Especially for big airplanes. Second building is an usual treatment and needs 3-5 days. Third building is for airplane and needs 1 month. They focus in Asia Pacific.After visiting the Hangar , we went to the Garuda Catering service , in this place they introduced us about the catering for the aeroplanes worldwide.After we spent our time in Jakarta , we went to Lembang , the time taken to Lembang was about 4 hours then we had our dinner at the Kampung Daun . The place is so extremely beautiful , when the first time we arrived there the waiters gave us flower , and theres a small waterfall also in the restaurant.I recommend you all if you go to Lembang you must visit this kinda restaurant , because the interior design of this restaurant is beautiful.After we had our dinner in Kampung Daun , we directly went to our Hotel to rest. We arrived in our hotel in about 10' pm.
